Grilled Shrimp vermicelli with lemongrass

The bowl of vermicelli is full of flavors of grilled shrimp, fragrant with lemongrass, soft fried beef, mixed with raw vegetables, peanuts and sweet and sour dipping sauce. Free weekend to cook for the whole family!


  • Fresh shrimp: 300 gr
  • Beef: 300 gr
  • Fresh vermicelli: 500 gr
  • Spring onion: 1/2 Tree

  • White sugar: 7 teaspoons

  • Fish sauce: 2 Tablespoons
  • Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon

  1. Roasted peanuts, peeled off the outer silk, coarsely pounded. Lettuce washed, drained.
  2. Dried lemongrass peeled, washed, cut into small pieces. Green onions are washed, cut into small pieces, then add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the bowl, mix well.


  1. Peel shrimp, remove the black thread on the shrimp body to clean, wash shrimp, drain. Marinate in a cup of shrimp 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons minced lemongrass, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Beef washed, thinly sliced, marinated in a bowl of meat 1 teaspoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, mix well, marinated in within 30 minutes. Onions washed, thinly sliced.
  3. After marinating shrimp skewers on skewers, put shrimp on foil, bake shrimp in oven at 170 degrees Celsius, bake for about 10-12 minutes until shrimp turn pink, then take out and spread onion oil on the surface.
  4. Heat 2 teaspoons of cooking oil, saute minced garlic until fragrant, add about 1 tablespoon of minced lemongrass, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add the onion and stir-fry.
  5. Stir-fry onions and lemongrass for about 2 minutes, then add the beef and stir-fry, quickly stir-fry on high heat so that the meat is not chewy, season to taste. Turn off the heat, sprinkle some pepper on the surface of the beef.
  6. Make sweet and sour fish sauce: 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons filtered water, stir well. Then add chili and minced garlic, squeeze more lemon.
  7. When using to pick up some vermicelli in a bowl, add lettuce and some grilled shrimp, stir-fried beef, sprinkle roasted peanuts on top and sprinkle fish sauce on the surface, mix well.
