How to Cook Delicious Beef Tail Pho in 1 Hour

Oxtail Pho

Ingredients:

  • 3 kg ox tail
  • 2 onions
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • Setgdrh
  • 8 anise flowers
  • 2 cardamom
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 dried orange peel
  • 1 cup cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup coriander seeds (cilantro)

Preprocessing:

  • Put into a pot of 3 liters of water, add 3 kg of oxtail bones, boil for 20 minutes, then take out and wash.
