Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Broth:
- In a large pot, char the halved onions and ginger slices over an open flame or under a broiler until slightly blackened.
- Add the star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves, coriander seeds, and cardamom pods to the pot. Stir briefly until fragrant.
